Suggestion on B'rel retro build

Looking for help improving on B'rel build any suggestions would be helpful.

doffs are up in the air right now
edit well i have to assume with nealy a week and no reaponce that rhis is the perfect build qith no room to improve. THis must mean that my ability to fly need much improvement semce it seems unable to do damage heal or survive for long. although it is quit nimble and fast.
