Odyssey Long Jacket rank pips still clipping on females

The patch notes say that the rank pips clipping issues for Odyssey Long Jackets mention that problem to be fixed. Well, it's not true.

Female characters, when having rank pips of Captain or lower, are still clipping; Admiral ranks, all of them are fine. Males' ranks don't clip at all, checked it.

    Female belts on the Oddy and Bort uniforms sit on the waist not the hips.

    So I thought it was just me, thinking the Oddy belts on female characters are too low... but, agreed. It's why I use Jupiter belts with the long jacket/dress version, because the Odyssey belts look hideous on females. <.<

    Hey guys, so I took a look at this today and I've sent off a bugfix for further testing and verification.
