Is it worth spending a few credits to get this upgrading from heghta cheers
----=====This is my opinion you don't have to listen and no one else has to read them these "OPINIONS" are based on my exploits and my learning other people will have their opinions and that's fine just don't knock my way of doing things thanks=====----
Not really. Better off getting the B'rel or Fleet B'rel and stuffing it with Fleet armor,...actually, you probably want to stuff any of the BoP's with fleet armor.
Unless you just can't live without 4 Tac slots. Personally, I slot 3 energy consoles, 2 field generators and 3 fleet armor in my Fleet B'rel. The 2 extra consoles slots are universals, and assimilated module and a zero point energy conduit. (See sig for build link)
In my OPINION, 3 energy specific consoles are all you need. None of my ships have more than 3. Any additional slots are normally stuffed with universals. Of course I'm not a min/maxer either. I don't care about and don't try to acheive max DPS. I play to have fun.

The Mirror Ki'Tang is a very nice to have ship. But if you already flying a Hegh'ta, then it's not really necessary unless you want the 4th tactical console or you just want another T5 BoP to test out different load outs.
I fly a Hegh'ta so the mirror Ki'Tang would be nice to have once prices drops below 1 million ECs. However, since BoPs are not ideal for some elite STF like Storming the Spire, The Breach, Vicious Cycle and Undine Assault I find that is it more important to get something a bit tougher than a BoP. Beam boats works best for those STFs (at least that's my opinion) which I why I bought a Negh'Var Battle Cruiser when I saw it for 4 million ECs. Just check prices yesterday and the lowest price was 24 million ECs.
I would at least like to try the Undine space STFs on normal with my BoP, but there are not enough people to fill the queue. I started the Undine Rep with my Fed toon this week and I have to say that is is the first time I am playing an Elite STF without trying it out on normal first because there are not enough people queuing up in normal.
Cons - 2.4 Million EC, wings stuck down (unlike the T4 version interestingly) nowhere near as cool to look at as a Haj skinned Hegh'ta.
Rest is basically the same or close enough.
Jag - Undine Assault - follow the Command ship, close rifts when it says too. Don't pug this one unless you absolutely have too, almost no pugger it seems knows this...
Viscous Cycle - fly to 3 "islands" beam down boarding teams in 3 different flavours, then kill planet-killers. scan anomaly optional is broken, and the launched Undine planet-killer sometimes fails to display, breaking both. Most pugs work fine, broke optionals aside.
Undine Infiltration - The easiest "ESTF" going. First, setting your weapon to stun is of no consequence apart from story. Second - you have 2 to 3 questions to ask each person - clues are provided for you to check first. If the person doesn't say what they should, quarantine them, if they do, clear them.
Some people completely fail at this, so a pug where all 10 are correct is rare, but it isn't hard to ensure all yours are right. Optionals are fire fighting (one-use extingushers are available, best to bring your own) or stopping Undine nicking an Orb. The rest is just shooting Undine, not difficult. Pug-ability is best of the 3, but don't expect top marks each time.
In space, Undine crit like a vaper without the intelligence - a few WTF? moments happen. As TT doesn't handle massive one off crits like that, bind distribute shields to a key, spam it every two seconds, and use something else to improve Tac power.
Undine are basically the only NPCs aware of speed-tanking - Grav Wells, Tractor beams and Tykens rifts make it easier to hold them still. Otherwise, they aren't too difficult, just keep in mind the 20 to 30k Criticals they can score.

I was just comparing the B'Rel retro, the level 40 Heghta and the mirror Ki'Tang since i'm trying to figure out for myself which one i want to fly. Unless i'm missing something, it seems like the only thing the B'Rel retro has going for it is the enhanced battle cloak? Between the 3 ships you can get the B'Rel for 2k zen, the Heghta for free if you buy it with a level up token and the mirror Ki'Tang is the equivalent of a master key. For that last one you could buy a master key for 125 zen, sell it on the exchange for 2.2-2.3mil it's current rate and then buy a mirror Ki'Tang for 1.7mil also the current rate as of today.
Fleet B'Rel maaaybe i can understand...but i keep checking and double checking the info i have on the B'Rel retro to see if i missed something that it has that the others dont have (other then the Enh cloak).

If you want to fly a Sci/Bomber, you get a B'rel. Because you need the enhanced cloak. Because of that enhanced cloak, energy weapons get to be sort of a pain in the butt to use. So if you want to change up from a Sci/Bomber to a cannon boat, you're sort of in for a tussle. But you can deal with it.
The Free Heavy is a fine ship. Flew it for a Long Time.
On the Mirror Ki'Tang, a subtle but powerful change is changing the last BOFF station from Lt to Ens, and putting that skill into the 3rd station to change it from Lt to LtCdr. Still the same BOFF skill count as other Non-Norgh BOPs at endgame, but having Cmdr & LtCdr x2 Universal Stations is powerful. No other BOP at endgame other than the Norgh can do this. Not even the B'Rel. This, and top it all off with the 4 TAC Consoles and you don't have to fly the Piece of Overpriced **** that is the Hoh'Sus / Fleet Hoh'Sus.
Got a Ki'tang, I don't pvp, but strictly from a pve stand point.. the ship is fun. It's a blast in fact. It's the first BOP I've flown on my Klingon tactical since he was rolled shortly after the game came out (made it a point to only fly Raptors, which was dumb).
It is kind of sad to say that the best ship to be released for the KDF in a long time is a mirror lock box ship... but beggars can't be choosers I guess. The subspace jump console makes this ship brutally effective as a tac, or any bop I suppose. It doesn't respect the GCD so queuing everything up and then instantly unloading on a target in the back is really enjoyable.
I have used it in both Undine ESTFs and in the battlezone a lot and it never lets down. Keeping yourself alive and dishing out a ton of damage is white knuckle adrenaline fun. Fun I haven't had flying A2b builds in a very long time.
The individual's rights will be protected only so long as they don't conflict with the state.... nothing is so dangerous to a society.
Best? No. Not even close. You said you didn't do BoPs until you got the mirror. If you had, you'd have run across the Hegh'Ta -- the lvl40 free version. There are also fleet versions that get slightly better as well.
Fleet Norgh is probably the best Bird of Prey in the KDF lineup.

You've misunderstood me, I am saying released ships, like from cryptic over a long while. And it was an exaggerated sarcastic statement. The fleet Mogh I usually fly is the ****, and the sci destroyer was kinda cool but gimmicky.
I have kicked myself for not getting the Heghta when I had the chance for a long time and am definitely not going to drop 120k dil on it now. I bought a fleet Norgh to try out last night. The 12th boff seat is intriguing.

Due to recent changes, this ships layout just got much more attractive.

Here I am flying it recently in PVP.
And here's the Mirror ship as well.
