Best Boffs for Science / Science Ship

On the Fed side, it looks like there are essentially 2 choices. Superior OP from embassy and human with leadership trait. If DPS (CC and Drain boat) isn't an issue does it make sense to stack 5 human doffs or is it better to include 2 OPs. The latter are pretty expensive.

    Rom boffs with sup. Subterfuge might also be a nice addition. That bonus defense would stack to nearly 19% with 5 boff stations.
