Fleet kar'fi, some help

So im considering buying the fleet kar'fi, the problem is I heard last year if you didn't own the c-store version, you were unable to buy elite Fer'jai*hangar pets, is this still true ( an yeah I don't own the c-store version ). If anyone can help it will be much appreciated.

    Supposed to be fixed, but I haven't verified it myself.

    Well thanks for the reply tom, hope they are as I would want to get them along with the ship.
