Ground weapon mods

Sooooooo, since chained motivation makes the [CrtH] modifier totally pointless on ground weapons, I propose a [Smart] mod that instantly kills everything on the screen when it procs. May need some kind of transport consumable so we don't have to actually run through the maps either. This would make ground STFs a nice and easy few minutes of laying your face on the keyboard and taking a nap for a couple mins till the "mission" is over. Still not quite as easy as space but it would get us even closer! :P

    Hahah funny.

    However, even after all this time, even since Season 1: on ground CRIT is KING. (I suppose you can apply this to space now as well...)
