X2 LoR Equivalent Packs

I wonder if an expansion pack will be released with X2?

So just like the Legacy of Romulas packs that contained playable species, ships, keys etc.

Would be sooo cool if they did this for X2 also :-)

    probably. they will need to monetize it in a big way for the investment so it would make sense that new species, ships, uniforms etc would be there in the store and i imagine they would look to bundle it all up into one or two packs.

    I hope so, LoR pack is better value on ships alone, nevermind the rest you get with it...

    There is no new faction in Expansion 2 so they can't release a bunch of new Tier 5 ships. There is the possibility of a Tier 6 ship bundle, but Tier 6 ships are something that a good portion of the playerbase doesn't want and we have not received official word of them ever being added to the game.

    My bet is on a Voyager Bundle similar to the DS9 Bundle that includes costumes, a pet, weapons, a ship interior, and a shuttle or ship.

    While LOF was well suited for a bundle being a new faction, who is to say they dont have half a dozen new ships for each faction lined up? we have hardly seen any classic fed, kdf or rom ships recently so they may just be releasing those.

    so maybe 3 faction bundles and a larger bundle of the lot, a little like they did with the dyson ships, just on a much larger scale.

    I never used anything from the previous pack, but I would still buy an x2 pack.
    To support cryptic.
    Should I start posting again after all this time?

    They said there wont be t6 ships, now I know nothing is stopping them from going back on their word but to do that could very well end up like shooting themselves in the foot with a rocket launcher...nothing left at all but a smoldering crater...

    You're seriously considering dropping anywhere from £30 to £150 on an X2 pack after the latest debacle?

    Cryptic need to do something pretty spectacular before i'm prepared to even think about opening my wallet to them.

    Seriously we know the Constellation was almost completely done in that leek a few weeks ago. He mentioned the Dauntless. So they are very likely C-store ships. He mentioned the Kitbashes. But I'm willing to bet the priority will be on DQ species ships - Kazon, Vaadaur fighters, Vividans, Devore, maybe a new Hirogen ship, the Hierarchy, and Krenim. These will be Lockbox ships.
