Decided to play after 9.5 drop

What the heck?!?!? I didn't get a thing for having a maxed out R&D before? nothing not even a token something. This kinda stuff makes this game punish veteran players.

    You get a title. And a Doff who's good at crafting Aegis items.

    I did not get anything except for the 18-pack of common holo-DOff's which the UI automatically unpacked into my roster without my bidding. I was maxed on the old system, having built an Aegis set, but no noticeable difference from my newest alt, which only had ~100 crafting skill poiints.
