How do we use Alien Artifacts now?

How do we use Alien Artifacts now? All I want to is to make some large hypos. My console on my Tufftie freighter is no longer in operation…

I looked at all the R/D tabs and ther seams to no way to make them like we used to.

    So in other words we can longer make our own LARGE hypos. Now we have to buy them? No big deal just inconvenient, when before all I had to do is go to my freighter whip up a batch with out having to travel to a star base...

    so are Alien Artifacts, plasma samples etc of absolutely of no use in crafting at all?

    douvble click on them to open up the conversion interface to convert them to the new materials.

    I will agree, though, that it was a bit of a gyp that the 'Revamp' removed the ability to craft Large Hypos, Power Cells and Shield Charges... and the Combat Horta Pet, for that matter.

    They said they are going to be adding the horta back in. Cant remember where I read that though.
