Romulan Republic Uniforms for Romulan Lib Borg BOff

Since we have Account based accolades now, is there any way we could get the Faction specific Republic uniforms unlocked for our Romulan BOffs if we have a Romulan character allied with that faction?
Example, Character A is a Federation Human, Character B is a Romulan who has allied with the Federation.
Character A has a Liberated Romulan Borg BOff who can either wear winter costumes, rags, or the Dyson researcher outfit. I would like her to be able to wear the same Fed-allied Romulan Republic uniform options that Character B has access to.
Can you make it go?
