Doff assignment reqs do not match

As the attached pics will show, the DOFF mission requirements listed in the assignment list do not match the actual mission requirements. The pics show the DOFF list as being different, but I've seen commodities & other requirements incorrect as well. This happens with about 50% of the missions I see in my DOFF mission lists across 9 characters. The two sets of screenshots are from romulan & klingon. I've seen it in fed, but didn't bother screen capping it.
