Fed Holographic Science Officer needs uniform update

Hey there. Thanks for updating all the NPCs fed side to one standard uniform. The Lobi store Federation Holographic Science Officer Candidate still uses the old uniform, I suspect he was just overlooked. Ideally, he'd be customizable, but really, I'd settle for him just being in the default science or medical uniform or something. He just kind of sticks out stuck in his outdated uniform now. Please, art guys, you're my only hope!

    You have to dismiss him and reclaim him from the C-Store to get the updated uniform.

    Unfortunately, no.

    You're essentially stuck with him in his Superhero Uniform until they add the ability to actually customize him.
