Can't handle the truth

My previous post " Please switch it back" and 5 other threads posted buy other players have all been moved/deleted. Because in 1 form or another we were complaining about the new doff layout. :eek:
I am sure this post will also end up in the trash bin, but deleting our posts won't make the problem or the majority of players total dislike for the new doffing layout go away. :confused:

How about you moderators pass it on to the devs , that maybe they should take another look at this and why so many players are complaining about this, instead of trying to bury it. :mad:

As I have said before this is a game I have loved and played for over 3 years, am a Life time member, and Admiral of my own fleet. I am not saying switch the crafting back, just switch the UI interface for doffing back, it was much easier to navigate and allowed the "player" to decide what doffs they want to use for what missions. Either that or get a patch together ASAP that will re-install the features we are complaining about that were in the old doffing UI.

    I soooooo totally agree. they should have left it alone. It's hard to navigate, and understand in some cases. I would totally agree with changing the UI back.

    The new layout is ok, it just takes a bit of getting used to. The drop down window is terribad, I agree, and no filtering seems to annoy lots of people (though I never used it, I liked the proactivity of spotting green matching texts). But other than that, the worst thing about it is that you don't see the flavour text for the mission at a glance.

    You lose some proactivity in choosing your DOFFs, which could easily be gotten back by having an option to start with a blank slate and making the drop down window not a drop down window, but something that's perma-there on the right; but you gain some proactivity in that you can now see at a glance what you've got missing that's stopping you from doing the mission - a big step up from the tiny icons in the bottom right hand corner.

    Plusses and minuses, not all bad, not all good. Could be improved. Like most things in MMOs :)
