Event reputation store

So I only bothered to unlock the Risan store on one of my characters, now that the event is over I'm pretty much boned with all my other characters right?

    I don't get why they don't have an option for unlocking the store all year round if they intend for the items to be available for purchase. Or why they don't just leave the store vendor on Risa with the new items.

    Pretty sure the vendor is still on Risa.

    Yeah but he doesn't sell the swimwear.

    The swimwear was supposed to be returned to the store with last Thursday nights late patch.

    What they said was that the event rep store would stock them, but the actual vendor on the planet doesn't sell the items in question. I don't know if this was an oversight, because it's silly, why have it available all-year in one store, but not another?
