Very Rare Aegis and Ultra Rare

Looking at the stats in the crafting window, the rare and ultra rare have the exact same stats..

Why even bother to craft ultra rare then ???

    Ultra Rare is definitely better, and I dont know where you are looking, but you craft Aegis with a CHANCE at Ultra Rare, you cant even see the Ultra Rare stats unless you succesfully crit the crafting

    Was looking at the two info boxes to the right side of the gear description...one was for rare and the other one for the ultra rare...
