...if that's how it came off. Wasn't trying to detract in any way from what you did there. Went to type that out in Zone, but my internet dropped out and just came back up. The first kill was an awesome kill, though I would like to know if I became predictable there...and the second, heh - all things aside, it was definitely a nifty BO.
I am getting old, feeling far more than what my age should really suggest, and I just don't have the stamina to PVP like I used to...but that doesn't take away anything in the least from what you did. You would have rocked my world in my prime.
My grumbling was mainly self-centered grumbling over the continued realization that I just keep getting worse at PvP because I just don't have that stamina angle any more - think that played a big role in my move from guys I had like Plague and Prophet on over to Willard and his cloaked silliness. Gave me time to catch my breath, lol.
But yeah, just wanted to say I wasn't trying to make any excuses there...internet died right as I was trying to offer the kudos. On your worst day you'd still have rocked me on my best day.

Zone into Ker'rat...not even there a minute when I say it's too quiet, I'm bored, somebody say something to entertain me.
That folks are over at the Fed spawn gets mentioned, and I moan that I'm too lazy to fly all the way over there.
But I eventually make my way over there on the Cracked side. On the way, I hear buffs and go defensive - drop AA, Repair Platform, etc - I see the AA trail, and wobble on over to CPB. If they'd been in another zone, I'd probably have come closer to hitting them with it. Then I hear more buffs - aha - a second foe!
So like 4-5 minutes in to that fight, the first guy vapes me...and...I ask if I got predictable. And I start babbling that I'm getting too old to PvP, don't have the stamina for fights like that, and basically doing the geriatric routine.
I kind of realize that I'm babbling and start to think maybe I should grab a smoke, but I really was tired - so I couldn't decide. Then boom - vaped again. It was pretty cool, so I flip over to the combat tab to check it out. Come back to zone and see he posted the BO shot. I make a comment about the Iso/Tractor weren't needed. Heh, he says just in case I decided to move, lol - and - I start babbling again about being old. Didn't you see me groaning about not having stamina? Ugh, I've gotten so pathetic or something like that.
Realizing how it may have started to look, I started to type out that it was an awesome BO. An 80k or so crit that hit for 56k damage. That the guy could have fragged me rotten on my best day, etc, etc, etc - basically the stuff I said in the OP here. But my internet cut out, bah. So I made the post.
Cause seriously, the guy in an EVA suit with a spork could vape me if I was in a Bulwark.
And no one cares how you got the job done either.

Ego works both ways.
Most of us have one, from my experience.
So no need to give some explination on why some one should or shouldn't inflate or deflate an Ego. Its a game. We all play it. Most of us have our Crabby moments where we vomit up stuff some one else doesn't like. And most of us also want some one to be proud of something we accomplished.
Just not stuffing it in the other's face.. right?

Hrmmm, if you don't know - perhaps you can ask somebody else...how many times in the past 2.5+ years that I've ever complained or made excuses at the end of a fight or for losing? Then perhaps ask how many times I've babbled in zone about how epic the kill of me was - how awesome the explosion looked - etc, etc, etc? I'm a goofball...dying doesn't bother me...but I really dig when somebody blows me up in spectacular fashion.
It was just a case of "old" hitting me...I was having a senior moment (though I'm only 42). I realized that's what I was doing and went to correct that. My internet cut out. When my internet returned, the game was already into maintenance. So I dropped this thread out to let the guy know that I'm more than well aware that he could frag me on his worst day and my best day...that it wasn't a case of making excuses, because I don't do that. I was just feeling old and moaning about it...
