Xindi Tac Boff is UP, plz buff

I mean it is nice, and has the vicious ground trait, which is great, but for Christ's sake, nobody buys a boff for 300 lobi to look nice and be effective on solo maps. The 5% CD reduction on tac skills is bloody ridiculous, I don't even feel it using APO, which has the longest CD. I feel robbed, this isn't what I paid 300 lobi for. At least give a proper description of this TRIBBLE's trait, don't decive anyone else... or title (buff it, 10 os 15% would be nice)...

RnD and upgrade needs less RNG. Less lottery. Something has to change.

    I don't think you appreciate what this thing does, esp. in concert with the MACO / Adapted KHG 2 piece bonus.

    The Traits and stuff are not as strong by themselves. But when in used in conjunction with other things, you may come up with something. Even the Romulans with SRO are nothing by themselves, but when you start adding things together, things get a lot stronger.

    I'm sorry but you were expecting a 15% reduction from a single boff? So you basically want a free Tactical Initiative from a single boff?

    Maybe I wrote the wrong numbers, of course I didn't want an INSTANT WIN button. My problem is that I don't see ANY difference with this new boff in terms of tactical boff ability cooldowns (again, I tested with Tac Team, CRF, APD, APO, even the APO wasn't faster). And this is a little depressing, considering the price I paid.

    I have to agree, the boff trait is weak, very weak compared to SRO which is what your giving up for it. Don't really care, but certainly won't be wasting my lobi on it.

    Maybe I was a little impatient (as the trait, you got it? :D ), it seems it's not working as intended, inactive by default. Posted a bug report, see where that leads...
