Posting feedback to the developers and community management

I would like to put in a request to the community at large.
I have noticed across the forums, that many people have opinions and feedback to give the developers. This is great! However I also notice that many people choose to present it in insulting and inflammatory terms, this is not the kind of feedback that gets listened to. therefore I request that all members of this forum continue to post about issues they feel strongly about, but ot present their arguments rationally instead of inflamatory and insulting. Whatever you may think of the direction Cryptic is taking the game, and the influence of PWE, Cryptic's employees, as well as the Volunteer Moderators, work hard to keep the game running. As well as bringing us updates to the game.
To respond to alot of outrage on a few specific topics
Smirk's use of twitter: While I do not consider this an optimal manner of distributing information, the release date of 9.5 was hardly worth a whole blog, and was revealed later that day in the Patch Notes.
Not enough changes made on tribble/9.5 not ready: Many times in the developing world, especiallly in cases where another company owns the company creating the game in question, developers do not have a choice what day they release things in, and are forced to release it in whatever state it is in, no matter what bugs have been found.
The DOFF UI: In it's current state the DOFF UI is WIP, however they have stated that they are already working on adding the missing functionality back into the UI.
Excessive Time/Resources in the Crafting System: This system was not designed as a one month rep style grind, it was designed as a long term goal, where only the most committed would reach the top, and the dil sink that is the finish now button is very much a healthy thing for the game, as it will create a dil sink driving down the Dilithium Exchange, and making it easier for the average player to grind out items form the C-Store
