S9.5 release notes
Enhanced Induction Coils:
No longer shares a cooldown with Batteries.
Now effects Auxiliary subsystems in the same manner as existing Weapons/Engines bonuses.
Now grants Immunity to Weapons, Engines and Aux offline for full duration.
Now grants +10 Maximum Weapon, Engines and Aux power for full duration.
Increased base power bonus from 33 to 50, and gains additional benefit from the Starship Batteries skill.
Base duration reduced from 20 seconds to 15 seconds, but now gains more benefit from Starship Batteries skill.

+50 to Weapons -and- Aux power, and +10 to max cap for the duration, so 135 weap and aux into DHCs + Protonic Barrage from battlecloak w/ full Nukara T4 and flank bonus

    Well, there goes my dream of 145 Aux power.

    Enhanced Induction Coils AND Enhanced Plasma Manifold:
    Boosts to max power do not stack with the passive bonuses supplied by Warp Cores.

    when u have DEM down time u can use Enhanced Induction Coils ...
    15 sec after = weapon battery...
    nice!

    I've not been playing STO for long but, if I remember well, isn't it a console who was given out for free last summer? Or in another giveaway later on? Funny ...
    Moreover ... is it perhaps one of the many subtle ways by which they are trying to counter-act the "A2B everywhere" without nerfing it ?

    add power to aux..
    prevent aux offline ..which means u have 15 sec guaranteed battleclock even if u abuse ur aux power..

    This and the new traits, I think we will hear a lot of pvpers firing their compression pistols while pressed to their heads :D

    Good at least we get better vaping to punish the Feds for stealing aceton. We are going to be forced to use it more as FAW is less of an option now.
