Risa Doffs available after summer event ?

so, i have some people asking me stuff if the Risa NPC's will continue open for buisness.
last year, after summer event, the bird lady stoped exchanging birds for marks and disapeared.
this year, the bird lady and the doffs seller NPC's at risa got changed location and ther's no reason to get removed, as the favours source is likelly to be removed untill next summer event.
what some people are asking me, is :
will this NPC's stores continue open, to sell doffs, after the summer event ?
(in case people have favours and change mind about spending them on the special doffs !?)

I do hope the NPC's stick around, it would mean a minimum of loose ends and it wouldn't fundamentally change the nature of the map in between summer events.

I am basically done with the event. I still grind for favors from time to time. I will put them up for sale next year when prices for favors goes back up.
winter event has it's own items and they can be used winter event again.
the ornithologist stayed a bit longer, that was a bonus candy criptic gave.
but now that the npc's have they're own proper place, (the Ornithologist was in a different place)
like other Vendor NPC's, they have they're own place to open shop, and therefore, it's reasonable to expect that this shops would remain in business, after the event, provided players had the required items to shop.
The vendors were available all year. Heck - you can go to your Event tab under Reputation and pop open the store to buy stuff with the Winter Event goodies right this very minute. And it was the same way with the Summer Event stuff.
So I fully expect you to be able to use this method of using your Favors to be available whenever you want to.
Just don't expect the Bird/Monkey person to stick around at all. Or any of the NPCs giving out the quests or people like the Dance Party one. It's 50/50 on the DOff vendor though IMHO.

The only NPC's that stuck around adter the end last year was the even vendor and uniform lady at teh doc, and the Latinum vendor in the Resort building. The Bird lady was gone, so I imagine the Monkey dude will be gone too; the floater vendor was gone, soit's possible that the doff vender may not be there either as well as the board vendor not being there.
I believe that you'll be able to exchange them at Drozona.

I'd also recommend vacating the Risa system and any of the other disappearing areas so as not to have any problems with Toons not being stuck.
Given we still have access to the Winter Event, I'm pretty sure the Summer Event button isn't going away.
And the vendors were there before the Event Started so...........
Only ones are going is Bird lady and Monkey guy. I imagine the sandcastle guy will be going too.
You know this how?? i dont think the bird lady and monkey guy will dissapear. There is no reason to.
But anyways, its incredible that we te players need to imagine what will happen. Cryptic should just pust an announce or something telling the players what will happen. But well, this is how they work lol.
