Missing Cloaks

I don't know if this was ever talked about in the past or if anyone else had this happen but I have a problem with missing cloaks on all of my KDF ships.

I have no idea what happened I just noticed last night 7/13/2014 that they were gone. I sent a qestion to PWE and got a rather useless response. They said to check my power tray (default P) and see is they were reassigned. I have no idea what that means.

Has this happened to anyone and if so how, if at all, did you fix it?

    Press "p" while in space and scroll through your abilities till you find your cloak then drag it into your power bar.
    It's not my fault if you feel trolled by my Disco ball... Sorry'boutit.

    If you changed any of your keybinds, the "P" button might not work. Another way to access it is on your skill tray. If you look to the right side of it, there should be two tabs. The top one should pull up the window that has all of your space skills in it.

    When you are on the ground, the same tab on the skill tray will do the same.
