Lizard Cats for Risa 2015?

In the First Summer Event, we had monkeys in various spots on the map and became popular enough that they became pets this year. But the monkeys of the wild were replaced this year with Lizard Cats. So, could this be a preview of next year's pet?

After all, the tags we get from the Hoverboard races isn't "Monkey tags", but "Tropical Tags", which could mean next year we get a choice of monkeys or more?



So, who wants Lizard pets? :D

    I'm pretty sure I saw those "lizard cats" last year, but I digress. Yes. :D

    I feel like I did too. Not seeing the 'cat" part though.

    The lizards were there last here, you could even target them (though not shoot).

    Their "ears" look more like mini dragon wings.

    They don't really look like cats to me... but sure why not.

    I dont think those are cats.. it doesnt look like a cat anyways.

    I called them lizard cats because they acted more like felines than reptiles. :P

    Not sure about these, but early on after the event started, I came across someone on the beach being followed by an ant eater looking thing, not sure what it was but as soon as the player spotted me the creature disappeared and the player beamed out.

    seemed to me some one was testing a new pet, which is why it stuck in my head, later on I spotted a couple of the things in the forests while I was doing the Horgan hunt.

    Edit I just found it so never mind ....
