Recently i purchased a vandal destroyer, mostly because of the plasmonic leech but also because i feel vessels with a thinner skin are more fun to fly.
Took it into kerrat while tweaking the build, killed some and got killed some.
This is my current build, any suggestions on how to improve upon it?
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
thats an aweful lot of Tac abilities boosting your one torp... i suggest dropping some of them for cannon abilities, as you can only use 2 torp abilities thanks to GCD anyway, it'd be better to keep the TS1 and ditch the hy and TS3 for other tac abilities, such as CRF/CSV or an attack pattern.
The leech console is giving you just +10 power with that super low flow caps skill. Waste of console space.
What would you suggest, moving the leech to engineering slot and add a flow cap console?

Since you have the multi-energy relay I'd swap the Hyperplasma torp for the biomolecular photon from the Undine rep, and trade the turret out for the heavy biomolecular to get the two- and three-piece set bonuses.
You might consider swapping the KCB and assimilated console instead for the heavy turret and the hydrodynamics compensator. With only four energy weapons you're not going to have that much drain, and I think the improved ACC and turn rate make up for what the assimilated console gives you,
...Oh, baby, you know, I've really got to leave you / Oh, I can hear it callin 'me / I said don't you hear it callin' me the way it used to do?...

Umm...
Not sure if serious....
My PvE/PvP hybrid skill tree
It is. Level 50, all reps finished.
Kerrat is not full PVP and why take the lazy approach and only use T5 ships.

I think he means respec and put in 6 points in flowcaps, and you will get the most optimum result since 3 points is a waste of skillpoints.
With no flowcap consoles 6 points is equal to 9, you need 2 flowcap consoles for 9 points to make a difference

Replace it with a Fleet Scourge, same basic model that is 40% more in everything
