Logged out of account when closing browser

Since ARC website was launched I've been having this issue, I am ok when I close a tab, my account is logged in, and when I go back to the forums it's there, but when i close the browser completely the account seems to log out it'self... I might be overlooking browser settings or something but it's weird... since I use Firefox, Chrome and IE 11 *I think it's 11, it's the latest version*

but anyhow, is anyone else having this issue too?

plz help this old pal...

    I've actually done this countless amounts of times, but it makes me wounder... Is the Issue on my end or cryptics' end? I've looked over my settings over and over again... and I can't seem to find out why...

    It's not only you. I have to relog into the Forum after every time I close my browser, (I use IE). It is a kind of a pain, actually.

    not limted to just IE i've the same problem with Latest version of FF

    But I also can just go to a specific hidden forum and it relogs me in instantly.

    This wouldn't be so bad, but account guard challenges me EVERY time I want to post. Why doesn't it remember me on the same computer and browser?
