Is there another DOFF like Marion?

I am just wanting something to play around with, and don't want to waste so much EC on a purple Marion DOFF. Is there a lower quality version that I can go with, or is there only the purple version?

    Dulmur is the only one that has that special ability, IIRC.

    Well... that sucks. Lol.

    Thank you for the reply. I tried to look it up, and didn't find any info on it. I guess that idea I had is out. I will come up with another one.

    What "beam overload double" are you referring to? Is it the ability to activate it, then wait till the timer is about to run out before firing, then hit it again?

    That's right.

    Dem+marion is for a shadow of what vape was and cannon burst

    That's cool. I had another idea for it. I was just wanting to play around with some things, and put some popular beliefs to the test.

    I like to do that, so I can see what things I can come up with.

    Only Marion has that skill. And he highlights everything that is wrong with the doff system.

    10s in 45s. You forget a2b, which is the best, and most commonly used, way to play marion. As for marion itself, it allow near 0 weapon power drain, and thus greatly increase beam DPS, for cannons, not so much. Best used with BFAW for max DPS, obviously, but using BO also work, since your overload will not deplete your weapon level.

    It's far from being a shadow of itself. Having near 0 weapon power drain 1/4 of the time is not so bad, don't you think ?

    Your observations are incorrect. Marion is most useful for beam overload and cannon users as bfawers can overcap energy to already mitigate most of the drain.

    In the current state of doffing, there isnt a whole many doffs that increase dps/damage. And the 10 seconds of burst here is quite impressive indeed, issue being that its just "burst"
