Same reason the Winter Wonderland Breen ships and the Lohlunat Festival Risan ships aren't. Except those aren't even in the Lobi store, because unlike the Anniversary Dyson those are available at the annual festivals that occur every year.
Everyone can buy them for lobi right now, like every lobi store ship ever. Why not make them tradeable, like all the other ships are? Makes no sense, sorry.
I am in the "they should" category. Those saying people that "worked hard" for it are very confused... it was a 5 min daily, not "hard work". Its a hassle for people that roll a new alt and want the ship, or new players that missed the event. Just put it out for zen or lobi at a reasonable cost... 100 lobi, 500 zen, something like that would be appropriate. Not the ship, just the items -- leave the ship at 600 or bump it up to 800 after adding the items.
the dyson is just not worth the trouble for people in this situation. It should not be that way, but it is; you can buy a box or lobi ship that is as good or better for less total $$ spent.

And that conversion rate is set by the Q-mendation mark / lobi exchange, not your personal impressions of quality.

I didn't have a Romlan Science captain back in the days we were able to grind for the ship. And since there's hardly any endgame Science warbird (only one) I thought about buying the Romlan Dyson Destroyer pack. But without the deflector it would feel incomplete and I'am not willing to spend 600 lobi for one item.
Though this wouldn't help the OP to get the full set I really think those players who have grinded for the anniversary ship should be allowed to reclaim the secondary deflector (not the ship itself) on any alt character on the same account.
I actually have an issue with it being on the lobi store rather then in the fleet ship list for the 200k fleet credit that the anniversary oddy is.
To me this is a cash grab and it reeks of ferengi sweat.
on a side note anyone realise that if your unlucky this ship costs around 150 bucks?(numbers based on the average 5 lobi per box)

and yes i realize you can get it using dil and ec to buy your keys but really the common courtesy would be to allow a set item to be claimed with the ship if you purchased it.Oversight would be an underestimate of what this is for the dyson set.

How do you epxect they would ever sell event ships for lobi (which they do now with the risa for a bit longer) if after the event they simply made them easy and allot cheaper to get.
They don't HAVE to sell it for 600 lobi at all really. They simply allowed people to continue purchasing them for the same amount of lobi (money through a bunch of conversions) they have sold it from from day one. (of the event)

At the minimum of 4 lobi per box, that'll be a very very long grind or a maximum of $188.....sounds like a steal!
