Id swap out Sci team 1 for Polarize hull. Swap the 2nd Tss2 for Sci team 2 and swap the fire at will for overload. Or just drop the beam power all together and just have the beam for subsystem targeting. Then just have 2x rapid fires/scatter vollys depending on what you wanna do.
Okay I get the sci switches but why would I change Fire at will for bo? Bo is a single target power and drops my weapons power by almost half cutting my dps that is a pve build if I was pvping I would run bo but not in pve it's pretty much worthless againest npc's

I did not look but he said you are using FAW with cannons. You would swap FAW for rapid fire or scatter, not BO.
If you are actually running beams --- it depends on your build whether a BO3 is worth it or not. A sci ship with only 6 weapons does not suffer much from the drain, your weapon power comes right back afterwards because you have so few things draining it. If its really that critical to you, a battery after using it solves the problem. Generally all its good for in PVE is to one-shot a straggler or to do a finishing move on a target or to nail a boss before running away (like a scimitar boss about to do its pulse attack, BO3 and then you gotta turn and burn out of the aoe attack, time you are shooting again, power is max). It is, by no means, required or necessary. I have it, and 2 copies of FAW, on my ship, but I have room for it and no torp.
I am using sctter volley Beta and faw I am running 2 dual heavy cannons turrets and a dual beam for target subsystems. I use the volley and faw on groups when I tyken them. for pvp I run rapid fire omega and bo 3.

and that seems suboptimal. Use an aft beam for target systems if you *must* have it -- AP 360 beam would work. Then lose FAW, run 3 cannons (4 in tac mode) and scatter/rapid. Even an aft beam array would work for target systems... rotate the ship a bit and back once in a while to fire it as needed since its a good turning ship -- that would let you run rom-plasma setup if you wanted.
Or run a DBB setup. The difference in dps is small, you can stay farther back, your aoe is better...
Why the **** would I cut my dps by mixing weapon types The Omni beam would be fine if I was running ap but I am running polaron with all weapons facing forward how do you firgure that is sub optimonal do you even know how to build a ship? you sure as hell don't mix and match engery types rainbow ships are fail.

Unless you are running 3-4 fleet polaron tac consoles, the 360 Omni-beam array can out dps a mk xii VR polaron turret, providing it doesn't use CRF/CSV much at all, and this is with absolutely no tac consoles boosting AP damage.

The fact of running BFAW, on a ship loaded with cannons.
Also 2 TSS isn't needed, lose one for some other sci control skill.

Drop the beam and use 2 CSVs or tweak your build to include beams.
