What's your favorite top 5 STO missions and why pick your #1?
Mine are:
1. What Lies Beneath
2. Orith
3. Circles Within Circles
4. Fluid Dynamics
5. The Wasteland Episodes (all of them)
"What Lies Beneath" gets number one for the atmosphere and the twist and the pacing and just general design. That's some awesome writing right there. I've replayed that dang mission a lot. Orith gets a close second, and has become my home away from home. I love the map and story.

For me it's:
- State of Q
- DS9 Fleet Action
- Terradome
- The original Tutorial
- Anything involving the Borg 3rd Dynasty
God.. I HATE the wasteland episodes. did them on my main. refuse to do them on any other.
When I'm feeling masochistic I'll play Boldly they Rode. Kurland here... Kurland Here.... Kurland kurland kurland......
Kurland here
Kurland there
Kurland Kurland everywhere
I am NikkoJT, Foundry author and terrible player. Follow me!
There used to be a picture here, but they changed signatures and I can't be bothered to replace it.
Coliseum (little combat and mostly melee, lots of puzzles, good story)
Doomsday device (singing klingon)
Night of the comet (representative for basicaly all "spectres" missions. TOS rocks!)
Past Imperfect (great scenery and partialy TOS)
Temporal ambassador
by no means this is an absolute list...but those are the one that came to mind in a positive way, so they had something nice about them.
Infact i liked the TOS themed missions so much, i'd love to see a whole season taking place in 2270!

Just out of curiosity, what about them provokes your passionate dislike? I'd like to see the map get some more love from the devs, but generally, I enjoy the experience.
Cutting the Cord: Running and gunning in a city full of Romulans. It's got a linear path, but you can still go the wrong way and do things out of order. No stupid boffs to corral. And it advances the plot in a pretty significant way (that was never followed up on).
Facility 4028: We see something we've never seen before- a Federation supermax prison. It's full of little details and references in all the prisoner info. Lots of good action.
Surface Tension: The highest production values yet, advances the plot, lots of great space and ground fighting. It all just feels really cool while you're playing it.
Temporal Ambassador: Quirky, weird, sure it's an excuse to do something different. But it's also full of little details and references and is just fun. No real replayability, though.
The new KDF tutorial: Your captain is a traitor. You need to stab him. It doesn't get better than that.
