BUG: Required duty officers not appropriate for consoles

BUG: Required duty officers not appropriate for science consoles
Description: On the screen after selecting and confirming science console creation, the selected duty officer does not reflect the required maintenance doff for all console choices except field generator. Deflector officers are not maintenance officers.

Bug replication sequence:
Step 1: Open the duty officer R&D window
Step 2: Select the science school
Step 3: Scroll down to the science console and click begin
Step 4: Choose graviton generator and select mk VI then click confirm
Step 5: (A deflector officer should be showing for the required duty officer) Click the change button under the graviton generator image and choose field generator. Once confirm is
selected the appropriate maintenance engineer should be showing, but it only shows for
field generator creation and deflector officers show for all other science consoles.
