Lifetime sub problems

Ok so I just bought a lifetime sub and my character got all these sweet upgrades. Then I notice that I can now make a borg character. So I make a new character grind her up to level 5 to get the vet rewards then i notice that she didn't get the lifetime sub benefits. she still only has 60 slots of inventory and no extra Boff slots. do I have to level up more to get them or do they only apply to one character?

you will get all of the rewards on all characters, some rewards are dependent on the level status of your character but by the time you reach Lv50 you should have all of them.

You should have gotten the whole Accolade explosion when you hit level 5. it's per character but al your characters should already be fully ready when you bought the subscription. What I would suggest is give it a little time. I'm sure it'll happen.

The extra Bridge Officer slots happen at every rank, so Level 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50, you should have 12 slots for Bridge Officers.

inventory also depends on rank - you'll get more as you level!
