Vulcano like ground ability?

I am pretty sure it's the same ability used by the first boss on Undine infiltration that looks sort of like a vulcano under the surface.

Anyone know what it is ?

I look over the undine lockbox abilities and none of them sound right so I was thinking it might be a weapon or whatever

It cost 50 Lobi. I got one on a character of mine. Honestly, it is only good against NPCs that don't move when you hit them with things like plasma grenades. Once the first initial charged shot like that is over, most NPCs will move out of the way.

The attack you saw was it's secondary attack. It's primary attack is weak. I recommend that you just find some good MK XI or XII blue or better weapons. You will do more damage over the same amount of time with most of the regular weapons.

With how expensive the Lobi are, it is better spent on things that will be more useful.

That said, I do think it is a cool looking attack. Probably the best looking attack from a ground weapon in the game. Sadly, though, graphics are not an indicator of damage.
