Fleet Mark to Fleet Credit Problem

I am in a successful fleet that I have contributed too. The players in the fleet are great and involved players. With all the holdings come more and better gear which all cost fleet credits. The projects get eaten up straight away by players, leaving those who didn't see them soon enough to continue not to have a way to convert dil or marks into credits.

There needs to be some way to award players for loyalty to a fleet in between the huge projects that let many players participate in to gain fleet credits. Can there be an alternative way for players to convert marks to credits besides projects? I see things that I would like to earn in the fleet stores, but realize it could be difficult simply because the fleet players are active.

During the big projects I have converted many marks/dil to credits, so I have done my bit to contribute, but now I feel "cutoff" and that it is hard to enjoy what I helped put effort into.

    I actually had an idea to this that I forgot to post above.

    Could we make a contract system where a player contracts out to another fleet for X number of days to contribute to another fleet without leaving their own? They could not contribute to their own fleet while under contract to another.'

    This would help small fleets and solve above issue.

    1. FM aren't only thing you can contribute for FC.
    2. 5 slot have projects which need variety of thing and works only as FC ATM
    3. T5 Fleet have special project in 5 slot which need only 2k FM

    There needs to be a Fleet Asset Project for T5 Starbases to create a Fleet Credit Exchange. Have a Console (or a Ferengi?) added to the Starbase, that will convert an unlimited amount of Fleet Marks to Fleet Credits, at the current exchange rate ... ONLY if there are no projects currently slotted on any of the "Holdings" ...

    If you make it a wholesale swap system, no one would contribute to projects, and the Fleet would soon run out of Provisions. So it MUST be restricted to times when there are no other ways of getting Fleet Credits ...

    Or, you know, Cryptic could just do away with the stupid Fleet Mark --> Fleet Credit concept altogether, as I still haven't figured out why it's even in the game ...

    Yes but craptic decided to shaft the players on that 2k FM project and only give 50% of the FC you are owed for your marks, so that's not really a valid solution.

    Yes when a FM is worth 50 FC on every other project in the game you are owed 50 FC for that mark. I don't consider much to be owed, but this one definitely is.

    In regards to points one and two, tonight was a perfect example. There was a project, already maxed out on everything but torp launchers and doffs. I had already been spending ec on doffs for a limited return on fleet credits. Still, I was doing it and even trying to swap out uncommons for common and hope I got the right ones. Anyway, I thought I would run a mission that I had just traveled too before buying the torp launchers. By the time the mission was over, all the torp launchers were bought and it was filled. From zero to full in a half an hour. Great for the fleet - and to say again, that I plan on staying loyal too - but frustrating for me as I am trying to get fleet credits to finish a build. I have managed to wrangle about 4000 in the past few days and it has cost me a fair amount to do that, all while my fleet marks go unused.
