So I am wondering with all these Mk XII Kit Abilites some of them Ultra Rare if you had all the Pre-Nerf Kit Abilities where would you shove how would you make your pvp kit mixing the 3 Fleet Tactical Kits?
the problem is not kit making it is kit and power stacking. With three tacs on a team you can get upwards of 50% crit chance with rally cry stacking. Another problem is that Motion Accelerator can now be used on a kit with stealth module. So now a player can use Ice Boots to get close while in stealth three or more tacs hit rally cry and the tac in stealth can power up and crit lunge you for over 5000 damage. This is also with using melee crit h/d doffs. Then they activate their MA to get out of dodge. This is just one way kits are being used differently than before. This is one reason i am not ground PvPing at the moment. It is taking the skill from the player and giving them a one hit shoot way to often. The AoE from some of the new ground weapons being used is also OP. When a DOT proc can hit you for 400 damage it is hard to recover. ground PvP needs a balance look over for some issues.
But this is also what we get for not testing properly as a community while updates are on Tribble.

Except they won't worry about while it's on tribble, they never have. Anything that's a pvp concern isn't a priority if the new pve content is playable and released on time. In the plus column that undine rifle is acknowledged as bugged in a report thread somewhere so there is that.

as a suggestion,
you can also look outside fleet kits for kit frames as some of them are greatly more effective for what your up to
i wouldn't say there is a mega kit module setup, different situations require different fighting
but i'll give you a start.
overwatch + advisor doff for debuff and resistance boost also debuffs enemys who shoot you by lowering there resists (helps when your in a ev suit :P)
rally cry, crit chance, crit severity, resists, health heal, expose chance
battle strategies, removes all debuffs when used best saved for rooted/fuse armor fomm(fire on my mark debuff) also removes exothermic dot fire, radiation pretty much most things also provides a small damage boost
ambush, well kinda obvious gives you a big boom
lunge
[edit] btw this setup is actually my own what i use my self, my skills are setup to use it all effectively i use it for pvp and pve as i'm mostly a bored pver in pvp my kit also boosts skills relating to these abilities, the battle strat removes assimilation nanites and so does overwatch upon activation, i don't value suppression fire in pve which is why i do not list it in my own setup here nor grenades, my traits are also setup toward healing and damage dealing to an extent, this setup works well with alot of different gear setups rep parts ect, if anyone requires information or would like to ask me something advice or whatever, just send me an ingame mail try to avoid pm as i'm often afk, but i'll respond to mail and pm when i'm around and assist anyone who asks this includes pvpers and/or pvers or new players looking to get into ground pvp, as i have seen the ones coming from "pvp boot camp" to ground pvp come rather poorly equipped skill and knowledge wise for ground, i will in the spirit of fair competition attempt my best to assist anyone who asks. almost forgot @loverofwars would be me ingame [edit]
thats the current setup for alot of players some slight differences by adding/removing some modules to fit in suppression fire, stealth module, grenades photon/plasma/active immunity grenade, motion accelerator, normally only one module from the above setup is removed/replaced for the others listed
