What the hell is going on the server connection?

Hi guys,

what the damn hell is going on to the connection?
Server login is near to impossible!
After a lot of attempts i have frequently damned message :"server not responding"... sometimes for 20 sec... sometimes for 3 minutes...
Terrible lag during the few sec. i have the control of my character.
And after this i will get disconnected...
There are 2 days that connection sucks very hard.
My pc works very well with all the other games and internet. I already open a ticket.
Some other player on my fleet has the same problem.
I'm very, very, very disappointed.

    Well I was about to suggest that the kids being out of school, it being a weekend, and the Summer Event running might be contributing to a bit of heavy load on the login server...


    ...but then I logged in slick as you please with nary a hitch, so instead I'll suggest a tracert to see if there's something bad between you and the server that's working just fine for me. ;)

    I haven't had any issues gettong or staying on, I'd suggest you run some pathping and tracerts against the STO servers. You're likely looking at an issue somewhere inbetween yourself and the STO servers..... Congentco itself is notorious for peering issues which can create problems like you're having.

    As I expected the connection problem was not my internet provider or my pc.
    In the game options I selected eu proxy and now it's ok.
    BTW the support service sent me a reply advising me to reboot the router or PC.
    I have no words...
