Saddest part of this? He was worth about US $80mill and it seems his children and his second wife are using dueling lawyers to cut each other out.
This is what will be remembered more than what a good guy Casey Kasem was. I remember listening to him on Saturdays when I was a lot younger than I am now. Always upbeat. Always with the positive energy for his fans.

That is really sad news, he was one of my faves :,(
He had that sort of instantly recognisable voice that really fit the character he was playing, and made it seem more real than it was.
