Can't Modify Romulan Bridge Officer

I have a Federation Captain...

I am able to modify the look of my other officers at the Tailor...

But I am unable to change the look of my Romulan Bridge Officers. (The ones I got from the Embassy)

    Unfortunately you can't modify those and none of the other "special" bridge officers you get through various missions or other means.
    Like the Reman sci officer, or the Jem'Hadar tac officer, etc.

    this greatly annoyed me as well, was going to put her in the RSE uniforms from the TNG era to match my crews FC look, instead I'm stuck with Space Hobo.
