Hey PvPers
I've been experimenting lately with FPER in Ker'rat, first with classic boff layout (comm/ltComm tac), then switched to AtB/AtD hybrid; found it packs a bigger punch, tanks better, spikes better with BO3. It's zippy as well, average 70° turn during battle with good crit stats (20/90 more or less). Now I just have to learn how to fly it :P

(doffs are in Notes section)
Still, I'd like to hear other opinions as well, and maybe suggestions for improvements about the build, any idea will be welcome!

Laugh all day while out maneuvering everything, but the loss of your own sustainability is a huge dampener.
The heck is up with the aegis?
I preferred et3 over dem2, 10 seconds of power will destroy pugs but a skilled pilot will outlast...now you have a dead ability on cd for 35 seconds. 10k burst heals every 15 seconds is delicious
My PvE/PvP hybrid skill tree
It was the best escort 2 piece in the game (3 piece is still the best torp boat set) until the undine. 2 piece replaced it. I would imagine he simply hasn't had a chance to upgrade yet.
aegis still serves me well. Engine's hyper and deflector's great for shield tanking. While Undine engines gives more inertia, I don't see Deflector that great usage for the FPER with those points in particle generators and torpedoes (but does awesome on my Scimitar). I don't see the point of turning in 1.5k marks and 60k+ dilithium for them actually.:)
yeah the +5 inertia is nice and noticeable but it's not always needed. If using a hirogen ship, the counter command set is nice, because it completes the garbage scow look with a green gaseous trail lol.
Good point, it does shine a lot more if you have a torp slotted.
in b4: ric rage 'cause i force him to "farm_a_lot"
And, of course, I get to troll people with Elite Interceptors.
