So i noticed today that Admiral Zelle has blue hands/gloves

Well she is an Undine after all (see Divide et Impera and Divide ut Regnes missions :P). Maybe blue hands is their 'tell'. lol
But a little more seriously, I am so happy that she finally got out of that hideous 'uniform' she was wearing before. It's interesting to note that both she and Admiral T'nae both now actually have rank insignia (4 admiral pips). To be honest I would have thought as important as T'nae is she would have had 5 pips (unless they are finally getting around to do something about the overload of Fleet Admirals in Starfleet - yay!), and that Zelle would have had just 1 or 2 (heck, Tuvok only got 1).

Totally agree with you on the old 'uniform'
I hadn't noticed the rank pips, but thats a nice touch. Not sure about if she would be a fleet admiral or not, Given that she hands out missions in the area she seems a lot like the Sector Commander, so that would infer the 5 rank pips but I'm guessing they want Admiral Quinn to stand out a bit more, the gold piping, the extra rank pip on the insignia and all that.
I think one of the devs refered to him off hand as being the "head honcho" which to me reads like Commander in Chief ( Okeg doesn't seem to be a very militaristic man to me, but then he's a bit of a mystery in of himself)
