Create a new character and select Reman (( romulan faction )) its now Free =)

EDIT: someone in NoP channel mentioned it is a T5 Romulan reward oO


but still FREE REMANS yay...^^

    I think you finished Tier 5 Romulan Rep in on of your level 50 toons...


    They get unlocked at tier 5 rommy rep or if you both some legacy packs

    Remans have to be earned or bought.

    it's unlocked at Tier 5 Romulan reputation or bought from the Zen store, it was allways like that.

    They also gave it away for free for one day a while back. Account wide unlock once you claim it in cstore for 0 zen.
