what is this white goo? or whatever on this boff?

ive seen it often but when i asked them they didnt answer...or they said there is nothing...

    I've seen that before and I have no idea. I always assumed it was a graphics error. Maybe he got attacked by a salt vampire.

    Yeah, I've seen that several times over the years. Best answer I've seen is that it's a graphics issue that comes up from time to time on New Romulus.

    it's a glitch in the skin, some NPCs on Mol'Rihan also have that same glitch

    it's actually the skin that appears on you or your boffs when they're hit by a thaloron pulse from a tal shiar mine or drone

    Yeah, its not goo but ash from the Thalaron Device. (Go watch Star Trek Nemesis).

    Sometimes it just doesn't go away and you look like walking statues.
