Since off and on for the last few years, we've had some great V/o work from Michel Dorn and Tim Russ, maybe we could get something from the DS9 show like Alexander Siddig ( I'm sorry ) aka Dr. Bashir or maybe Colm Meany ( Chief O'Brien ) . I would enjoy that a lot tbh and it wouldn't even have to have a new season to feature them .
Anyhow maybe if we get enough folks to agree, maybe * cryptic will consider it?
The impression I get is that Garret Wang is next and since they have reached out to LeVar Burton, I could see him after Wang.
The interesting thing is that they apparently have rights/access to VO from the shows and TNG forward has audio without music or sound effects still intact. So there's talk about an "all archived audio" Avery Brooks as Sisko in a new State of Q.
I made the case recently that there's a strong case for Picard with stock audio, particularly from episodes where he is aged or stressed somehow and from Future Imperfect and All Good Things. He has fairly extended conversations where he greets people he hasn't seen in a long time, talks about an alliance with the Romulans that "you" (he was talking to Riker in Future Imperfect) had a hand in. If you had him with an ally or attendant who could help bridge the gaps... Well...
He had lines like this from Future Imperfect:
"The Romulans were impressed to say the least. After years of distrust and conflict, they started to talk. You were our key spokesman in securing the alliance with the Romulans."
"There is no one better equipped to deal with the Romulans than you."
"Well we have come to an agreement both sides are largely happy with."
"I trust the process we have built with the Romulans over the last four years."
From All Good Things:
"Oh, I haven't been called that for some time either. How about... Jean-Luc?" (Upon being addressed as "Captain, or should I say, Ambassador?")
"Good Lord! Geordi... Well then, how long has it been? ... No no no. Since you last called me Captain? Since we were all together on the Enterprise?"
"Well, time has been good to you."
"How is Leah?" "What about the little ones? Brett, Alandra, and... uhm... Sidney!"
"I'm not an invalid. Irumodic syndrome can take years to run its course."
"There's nothing that can prevent the deterioration of the synaptic pathways! You think that I'm senile!"
"I knew that I could count on you!"
"I have some pull with the Captain... At least I used to have..."
"Yes! Yes, that's it, that's the answer! Worf will help us!"
(After a verbal sparring match with Worf) "Your problem is that you really do have a sense of honor and loyalty! Don't blame me for knowing you so well!"
The Inner Light:
"The facts are HERE! At least show them to someone who will recognize what they mean!"
This is just a cursory glance. Point being, you could take a TON of Picard snippets and arrange them with new dialogue by Geordi or Worf. I think it would be an interesting experiment if they tried to do it fairly seamlessly. Particularly his stuff from Future Imperfect about negotiating with the Romulans sounds authentic to STO's setting. And if you blend dialogue from different episodes, it would feel more authentic, particularly if you have someone like Worf or Geordi responding to and continuing the dialogue in new directions.

In fact, he said so himself.
