Free choice of Marks in fleet alerts and other missions?

Just saying it would be nice to have more missions which allow you to choose between makrs ovf every available Reputation system. Like the shuttle missions during the recent shuttle event. So we have more choices and do not have to play the same few missions over and over again for certain marks.
Just as an example: Right now its easy to get Nukara marks from Vault:ensnared, Azure Nebula Rescue and the Crystalline Entity but those three missions are, if you have to play them over and over again, quite annoying and the 2 Nukara ground missions are not very popular, maybe because you are screwed if ou die and respawn because you reappear behind a forcefield. i would love to play other Missions like Fleet alerts, Starbase 24 and others but still have progress in my Reputation systems of choice. Can´t be that hard to reward multiple mark packages for a mission. And the Result would be, at least for me, that Players play more and more often because they can be more flexible.

The whole reason they do marks is to shift you to different forms of content and shape your gameplay.

I can see two possible solutions:

The first would be if the system could look to see which events have nobody queueing for them (ie. no estimated wait time based on, say, the past hour) and then attach a special reward which includes a choice of marks box to that content for the next hour.

The second would be a marks exchange, based on the dilithium exchange. You'd exchange your choice of marks for fleet marks and then exchange fleet marks for your choice of marks. Because the rate is player set, the result would be shaped by the demand and supply of various marks, making some more or less valuable based on their supply and demand. For example, if nobody is playing Nukara content but a lot of people want the marks, well... The supply side would still require that every mark be earned through SOMEONE playing Nukara content but the people who do could charge a premium for it, which would probably result in more people playing it.

The first idea sounds OK at first...but there is a reason people don't do certain content.

During the Shuttle event we had the choice between every possible mark package and i dont see a reason why it is not possible now. Maybe they wanna shift me to different forms of content but if the content is not interesting or if its annoying i am not goung to play it no matter what. and if i am not playing it i can´t invest Dilithium and marks into the Rep. system.

If we can get more marks from more missions and i loke the directly related content( Omega to Borg, Nukara to tholians) i will of course, play those missions but today i bought the 2 Cryo Rifles from the nukara REputation and so i had to fly around like hell to get the missing 650 Marks. I wanted to play the Nukara Grond missions but could not get a 5 person Team, or people beamed out right after the mission started or they respawned behind the forcefield and the game was essentially over.

We get fleet marks for nearly everything bt why not let us decide if we want fleet or other marks. A Mark exchange is not that good because as you see now the exchange is already overpriced as it is because we have no regulation.

THe reason no one is playing Nukara or certain other missions is simply because its annoying to run around on on gigantic map. No matter whic mission you choose you have to run across the whole map and defeat every enemy you run into. THere is no structure or system.

A good example how it should be is the Dyson Battlezone. its a bit too large and currently not very crowded but still an amazing Map. A real good Piece of Cryptic/PWE work.
