While I'm not always the biggest fan of the Risa event, one thing has totally won me over: the obvious love and care that went into my Reman's horrifying bikini skin.
Whoever it is on Cryptic's art staff who spent hours trying to imagine what Remans would look like mostly naked, and then spent even more hours lovingly rendering every detail: thank you. The horrified :eek::eek::eek::eek: PMs I get while strutting around are SO worth the time I put in.
I'm going to buy some Zen this month, just so I can pay part of your paycheck. You deserve hazard pay, my friend.

It's amazing that the devs would put in something so horrible. I love it.
I would show up, if someone wanted to put it together.
I love all Remans and their faces, but when it came time to create my own, I decided to go with the one that let me imagine her putting foundation on the side of her head.
Nemesis heads are awesome though.

Agreed. As soon as I saw the picutre, I thought "I now have to dip my brain in acid". While I am pleased to see the Devs spend time on such details, I wish they would spend just as much time fixing other things such as adding the "Future Imperfect/Parralles" combadge.

I could go without the wrinkly knees, but that's what the TOS boots are for.
I mean I know that Remans are Nosferatu inspired, but they are also Vulcan cousins. Those knees make no sense to me. I haven't had the privilege but I'm also cool with this.

Ah, that's sad. I liked it when Seven of Nine was in the Velocity and Tsunkatse gear and you had the implants popping out of her skin every here and there. I thought it was incredibly cool and would look good with the swimsuits. Oh well, maybe given time.
The Remans are nothing to do with either the Vulcans or the Romulans genetically.

Think thats bad? I was goofing around with my gorn and put him in the bortasqu trousers... if you adjust one colour to the gorn skin, it turns the bort trousers into (seemingly) assless chaps (or into dermal overplating, if you want to be cyberpunk about it)

The Diane Duane Rihansu novels that provide much...all of the background lore for the Romulans in this very game detail how the Reman-Romulan split occurred with the Remans being Romulans that retained their telepathic abilities over the centuries.
Having seen a Reman in a bikini in game, it's not actually that bad in motion.
