Varanus Fleet version and repair platform?

I was thinking about getting the varanus to play around with the repair platform.
Considering maybe a replusor beam build and then use repair platform for tanking.

But I was thinking the fleet version probably doesn't have the repair platform if you don't own the original c-store ship!
Is this true?


Also speaking about being cheap and pityful, why is the vo'quv fleet carrier still 4 modules when you own the original?

Fleet versions do not come with the consoles. You'd have to buy the Varanus to get the Repair Platform to use with the Fleet Varanus.

The Vo'Quv is a 4 FSM ship because there is not a T5 ZEN version to create a discount.

The Vo'quv is not a c-store ship, therefore it doesn't give you a discount.

Fleet ships don't have special consoles, you need the c-store version for that.

If the fleet ship doesn't cost 5 modules instead of 4, it won't come with any of the Z-store bonuses.
