Accolade Inspired, missing spire?

In the general accolade inspired it says fly thru all 3 zone central spires. The voth zone seems to be missing a central spire or am I missing something?

    I believe the official response from Borticus was "oopsy-daisy". They forgot to put a spire in the Voth Zone, so the accolade is impossible for now.
