Trouble with Legacy Key

sturmjaegersturmjaeger Member Posts: 0 Arc User
So, back in April, I won a prize on the STO Twitch livestream. It took about a month to get my zen code due to.. I dunno... an oversight, i guess. Anyway, I finally got it a couple weeks ago.

My problem now is, the key doesn't work. I had to go into the support database to find a link to a code key entry that would take it. And I just get told it's a Cryptic "legacy key" and also that it's already been used. I've checked and I've gotten no zen out of it anywhere.

My requests for help on Twitch have so far gone unanswered.

Am I not using this key in the right place? Is there an entry form that I don't know about? Can anyone who's won zen codes from the livestream before point me in the right direction?

Thank you for your time.

Because support tickets are supposed to be sent in through PWE not through Twitch?

If there's something that appears to violate natural laws, then you can expect someone's going to point it out. That's just the way things are.

You can redeem a key here: https://my.perfectworld.com/redeemkey/sto

Or you can access it through Arc as shown on this link

Did you checked under "Bundles" in the C-Store, you should find Legacy pack there, maybe you didn't noticed it is unlocked and you can pick it up for free.

Given that all this happens on Twitch and has no connection to my PWI account, filing a ticket wouldn't do much.

Thanks, but I've tried both of those methods. ARC doesn't recognize the code and the first one is the one that tells me the code was already used.

The code is for ZEN, not a legacy pack. Nothing is unlocked.

Have you tried to go to your wallet, and selecting "Star Trek Online" - "Holodeck" - amount of zen available. In case you received zen. Sorry if I'm telling you things you already tried. If nothing helps, than Support is your only chance.

In the buying Zen process, is there not an option to enter a promo code just before you pay?

I'd think a code for Zen would go there, then the price would drop to zero.

Yeah I've looked there. My wallet is empty.

Not that I've seen. I tried and know the code isn't for a pre-paid card, either.
