:D
Many Greetings to you all.

I wish to know if anyone knows how I go about moving all my online items to someone else?

I have made in the playing of this game, like the ship and the in ship list of items
( extra power units or shields )

And all my Boffs and any other saved items like the EC's earned or other marks like the fleet ones etc.?

I need to know how to move these to another player who I been with in a fleet?

I am leaving the game so wish none of my build up items or ship or the other things you
collect and use for the game to be wasted as they are allot of good stuff and it be a waste
to just delete them before I leave the online game?

So it is how to move to another player all me built up playing items to do with the game?

If there is a known way to step by step move over to another player I know all my built up items for use
in the game like my ship and crew and Boffs and all the usable items for that
ship and the built up EC's and credits from playing the game that would be great?

Thank you in advance. :D

As far as I am aware you can trade items to another character, without receiving anything in return. You will only be able to do this with EC and items that are not bound to account or bound to character. This means that any ships that you have used or items that have been equipped cannot be transferred. If you have received a ship as a mission reward of from a lockbox you can trade it providing you haven't unpacked it

Or give him your Login Data so he can take all he wants himself per Mail. And could use your Acc if its has more then he has.

The best way is to trade in person (so to speak). Send a bridge invite, so you are both in the same location. Then you can trade the items and Credits directly to the fleetmate. But you cannot trade anything that is Account or Character Bound.

Your other option is to use a Mail console, and Mail the everything that you can. You cannot Mail Credits, but you can send anything else that is not Account or Player Bound.

For anything that is Account or Player Bound, your only option is to sell it for whatever Credits it may be worth, then trade the Credits to your fleetmate.

Good luck, and fare thee well.

And there's no way to transfer active BOffs, as far as I know. But you can transfer any Bridge Officer Candidates that you've never used yet - I have quite a collection of those myself.

Another thing to note, some of your doffs are bound, but can be exchanged for a number of lower level doffs which aren't bound. All the rest can be dismissed for a small amount of dilithium.

    Leave nothing!

Actually you can, you just have to take them off Active duty and remove their items first before trading. After all, this is how you get your BOFFs trained by other players. This only works on the non-unique BOFFs though as I do not believe this can be done for Tovan Khev and others like him.

Remove their gear and drag them to the trade screen. As long as they are not bound they can be freely traded. Most story boffs are bound but the generic ones are not.

Yeah, if you are really sure you are not coming back, just give your account to the other guy.

I have a nephew who deployed oversea [Navy] for a year and wasn't sure if he would be able to play and was worried his account could be delete if there's no activity, so he asked me to login for him once in a while and even up keep his DOFs. Of course, I did this for him and logged in between once to twice a week and kept his DOF working and even got him Dilithium answering the LORE questions. When he got back he had so much EC, dilithium, and new gear he bought me the Jem'hadar Cruiser in the exchange. He wanted to give me some dilithium, but there's no way to give or trade dilithium between players outside the exchange. STO is always changing and being updated and upgraded, so maybe you might comeback one day and wouldn't want to go through the hassle of starting all over.

That especially applies to things like Reputation. Anyone who was around before Season 7 knows the ease of levelling new characters. Then Season 7 brought a Reputation grind that, quite frankly, is not worth grinding. And then Season 9 entirely nuked the reputation system, and you are now restricted to only a certain number of traits that you spent all those months and work to obtain in the first place. So going away for a few years, then starting over, is not really worth doing. Your best option is to simply give your account to the fleetmate.

If you trade in person, you can trade from your active roster. I myself have purchased several Caitians this way. Although, you cannot trade the special officers, such as the Episode Replay officers, and the Borg Scientist from Khitomer.

If you're absolutely certain you'll never come back and you don't want to just hand over the account..
    • Any items that are bound to your character or account cannot be traded.
      • You can sell most of these items to a vendor on a starbase for 50% of their EC value and then give your friend the EC (almost every item in the game has an EC value and can therefore be sold).
    • For all un-bound items, you can attach them to mail from any mail terminal, or do an in-person trade, or dump them in your fleet's bank.
    • EC can be donated to your fleet's bank, or traded in-person.
    • Most bridge officers do not bind and you can trade them in-person.
    • For Boffs that you haven't commissioned yet (candidate roster) you can do an in-person trade or attach them to the mail.
    • You can't trade dilithium.
      • You can, however, trade your dilithium for zen on the exchange, then use your zen to buy nice C-store items for your friend, like master keys or some other C-store items that don't bind on pickup.
      • Or you could buy items with your dilithium and sell them to a starbase vendor for EC and then give your friend the EC.
      • There are also a few items that you can buy with dilithium that do not bind on pickup (most dilithium items are bind on pickup) such as crafting materials and a few reputation consumable devices.
    • You can't trade any of the reputation gear or reputation marks or fleet marks or fleet credits or fleet gear.
      • For reputation marks, borg processors, voth cybernetic implants, and undine isomorphic injections, you can use special reputation projects to convert all of these things into dilithium, and then do whatever you want with the dilithium (see above or below).
      • For fleet marks, if your fleet doesn't have any projects that need them, you could temporarily leave the fleet, join a different fleet, a dump all of your fleet marks so you have maximum fleet credits, then rejoin your fleet.
      • For fleet credits, you can buy fleet Doffs and trade those.
      • or you could spend your fleet credits + dilithium on fleet gear which you can sell to a vendor for EC that you give to your friend. HOWEVER, the second method would use your fleet's provisions which is probably a bad idea.
    • Only lockbox/mirror/lobi ships that are still in their box can be traded.
    • If you have any latinum, you could buy your friend some holo-emitters from Quark's bar, if you have enough.
    • Any duty officers that are not bound can be mailed/traded to your friend.
      • If you go to the academy and speak to the personnel officer, some of the bound doffs can be exchanged for lower doffs (a few can't be exchanged). E.G. if you have a bound purple doff you can "split" it into a few blue doffs that will not be bound and then give your friend the blue doffs.
