Baked Tribble Bug

For me, this is a recent bug. I've never had this issue until this past couple of weeks. Basically, I can't bake a tribble or cook a kebab anymore. Both chef duty missions fail to start and the options become grayed out. Restarting the game doesn't clear it up. Seems like I have to wait a full day.
