Looking for a realxing KDF fleet.

Hello everyone, I have been playing STO on and off again since it's release but I keep running into the same problem over and over again and that is fleets.

I tend to play a lot for a month or two and then take extended breaks ranging anywhere from half a month to three months. Each time I play I end up joining a fleet, or helping to found a fleet and I generally get along well with most of them. But then it gets to the point where I need to take a break and I let them know.

Well each time I do I get back to find that the fleet has either disbanded, changed leadership or had a mass purging and I am left out int the cold again, so I start looking for another fleet. Well this time I figured it would be best to find a fleet that doesn't mind if it's members take extended breaks or not.

I am an easy going player and if drama starts to unfold in the fleet I take a step back and stay out of it. I like to goof off and joke around but I do know when to stop.

I also help out with fleet projects and in most of the fleets I have been in I have been near the top contributors, which is another reason it is a kick in the chops when I come back after a break to find I am no longer in the fleet or it is not around anymore.

So if I can find a KDF fleet that has no problem with its members taking long breaks that would be great!

    Take a look at our KDF fleet

    We're based within the UK and Europe mostly but we do have some members from Canada and the States

    We are a relaxed fleet and you can take as much time out as real life dictates and you will never be forced out ever

    Just go to our page within the fleet section under recruitment page for bsc and take a look

    I'll keep this pretty short and say if you have the time to check out The House of Martok. If it seems like the sort of fleet your looking for you are more than welcome to join. Our Fleet is completely casual and even state it on our Home page that we understand that real life will always come first. If you have any questions i'm more than happy to answer. We have guys from all over, US, Canada, England, Ireland etc. They are a great bunch of guys and extremely helpful. We also have a dedicated Mumble Voice Server available to all members if they want to use it but not required.

    The Fleet is pretty new but we got our Fed Fleet up to tier 4 in 6 months and hopefully should be able to do the same with the House of Martok. We also have a Fed Fleet, Starfleet Task Force 1. I have also included links to our recruitment threads here in the STO Forums if you would like to check those out. Some members have left replies there after joining.     I hope you were able to locate what you are looking for.

    If not, I humbly offer our home as an option. Zero pressure, few guidelines (don't be a jerk, basically), and I've yet to actually act on my loose policy idea of "After not logging in for over a year, I'll demote your main and kick your alts... maybe"

    The zero-pressure policy of course comes with a very low amount of organized fleet play, but there are options through our relationships with other fleets and chat channels which should always mean you can find someone when you need to, either directly within Fleet chat or in one of our associated channels.

    I just saw your post and would like to invite you to check out the House of Legacy if you do not already have a home. HoL is part of a guild with New Legacy (Fed side) and we are pretty relaxed. Our saying is Real Life First and so like you, we have several who are off for multiple months at a time. Our fleet began on Stardate 88970.27 (May 13, 2011) and we are continuing to grow.     Hello,

    i can also offer you to join the House of Kular. We accept members of any type of actvity and experience. As a part of the UFP (which exists since 2002) you can be sure that we will still be there after one of your breaks. And if you take such a break you can always simply set your status to "leave of abscence" and come back whenever you want.

    We are really laid back, enjoy having fun, and get together when we can! We have no expectations. We even have a web site where members can communicate with the leadership of the fleet if they are going to be away for a while. And The House of Martok will always be waiting to welcome home a Warrior who has had to take an extended Mission away for a while.

    So if you are looking for a House to have fun with when you ARE able to play, This is the Place!

    Hi,

    I'm playing sto since 2012 and I have encounter the same issue as you. So I took over the leadership of the fleet I was in a few months ago and rebuilding the fleet since. The result is more and more pple online, hldings that inmprove subsequently.

    We are a multigaming community that exist for more than a year in other mmo's

    so if you have more questions, or want more info you can check our website in my signature :)
