1000 day ship build question

The 1000 day ships have the phaser/plasma/disruptor lotus as applicable to FED/KDF/RSE respective classes. Do the tactical consoles that modify the tactical mode weapon damage?

I mainly fly the Daeinos Heavy Destroyer (the Romulan 1000 day ship) on one character, so would adding plasma infuser (I know better ones at the spire, but just using this as an example) consoles increase the damage output of the plasma lotus?
